If you know me, you know that my planner and my many "to-do" lists are a few of the things I wouldn't be able to get through each day without! I stumbled upon these amazing 2012 weekly planners via deliciously organized (yep! so jealous of this adorable and fitting blog name - wish I had thought of it!!) and knew this was the one for me :) I ordered mine (blue and white stripes with pink trim) right away and was thrilled when it arrived in the mail a few weeks ago.
