Vanilla Buttercream

Can't wait to try this buttercream recipe... how great would it be with Ina's vanilla cupcakes?!?

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and simply combine the following ingredients:

•  2 cups unsalted butter
• 1 lb. icing sugar, sifted
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/8 tsp. salt

 Now here's a little hint: don't mix the buttercream for more than 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat of your oven to 325 degrees, pop your batch of cupcakes in the oven and bake until the tops are golden brown. Frost and enjoy :)
