Corn Bread

A few Friday nights ago, inspiration struck: I wanted to make cornbread. Random? yes. Delicious? most definitely! I came home from work and got to baking. I was pleasantly surprised as I discovered how simple and easy it is to make. Thirty minutes later, I took my lightly browned, moist cornbread out of the oven and downstairs to share with my girlfriends. It was a hit! Add a little drizzle of honey and my Friday night was made :)
