Made these blueberry muffins this past Friday night and boy, were they delicious! Believe-it-or-not, it was my first time baking blueberry muffins completely from scratch (although I cheated a tiny bit by using frozen blueberries instead of fresh ones, but I don't think you could tell a difference at all!). Fresh out of the oven, the muffins were warm and gooey, with their streusel topping completely spilled over the top of each muffin tin. Perfect for a lazy Saturday morning with a pipping hot cup of coffee :)
